Thae Su Hlaing is married with a 1-yo daughter. She is a Buddhist and has Standard 9 education. She is the eldest among the 3 siblings and her husband is a farmer.

Being the first born has shaped her a sensible and responsible person, who is prepared to work hard. She started work young as a restaurant waitress in order to help with her family's financial burden. She got married 2 years later, thereafter gave birth to her daughter, and is a homemaker taking care of her family.

She has now decided to work in SG to support her family and her daughter's future education. She has no experience with eldercare, but is mindful of the patience and respect in caring for the elderly and is learning to be more engaging with them. She can communicate in simple English, is also learning basic Chinese in her free time. Though she is not able to consume beef, is able to handle the food.

She is earnestly learning in the training centre to better prepare herself for the upcoming challenges, and is looking forward to work in SG for a long period of time.
