Aye Hsu Paing is a divorcee with a child aged 4. She is a Buddhist and is a graduate. She has a younger brother and her parents are farmers.

She was an assistant teacher in a private nursery school for 5 years.
Upon completing her contract, she decided to work in SG to have a better income to support her young son's education. She is aware of the work challenges ahead, and is taking her training seriously in the training centre.

Hsu Paing is good natured and patient, kind and caring, and is enthusiastic in her role as a helper. She is passionate, loves the little tots and is able to engage well with them. She can communicate well in simple English, and is willing to learn simple basic Chinese. She likes cooking too, and is not a picky eater.

A single mother who is juggling work and parenting, Hsu Paing does not find these overwhelming. She is resilient and is prepared to work hard and for a long period of time in SG, in order to provide her young son with a better living condition.
