Hnin Pa Pa Hlaing is single, a Buddhist and an undergraduate. She has an elder brother, and her parents are farmers.

She was a domestic helper to a Myanmar employer with a household of 4. She looked after 2 young children, was also tasked with house chores, cooking and marketing. She completed her 2-year contract in 2025. She also helped to care for her 86-yo grandfather who was wheelchair-bound after a fall.

Hnin Pa Pa is a matured and calm young lady, who has strong inclination to do her best in the duties tasked to her. She is interactive and dedicated with the young and is patient and respectful to the elderly.

She can communicate adequately well in simple English, taking up training seriously to better prepare herself to work in SG for a long period of time.
