Nilar Win is married with no children. She is a Buddhist and has High School education. She is the youngest among the 4 siblings and her father had passed on. Her husband works in a car workshop.

After her studies, she worked in a retail shop but left after a year to stay home to help her mother with the household chores. She also looked after her 3-yo nephew and her 91-yo grandmother who needed to be assisted after a fall.

Nilar, though young, is matured for her age, is hardworking and with a positive working attitude. She is kind and respectful, who has the inclination to care for the elderly and can also engage with the little tots. She can communicate in simple English, is attentive and responsive. A keen learner, she has been learning to cook simple Chinese food through YouTube, and some simple Chinese as well. She is not a picky eater.

She is currently training hard in the training centre, to better prepare herself to work in SG. She is hopeful and is ready to start work
