Chaw Su Hlaing is married with 3 children; 2 twin girls and a son. She is a Buddhist and has Secondary School education. She is an only child and her father had passed on. Her husband is a farmer.

She was a helper in Myanmar for 3 years; caring for a 80-yo Ah Ma, did the house chores and cooking. She came to work in SG in 2025, tasked with caregiving to a 83-yo wheelchair-bound Ah Ma. Most of her time was spent in the hospital with Ah Ma, also returning home to do the general house chores for the family of 3.

Su Hlaing is amiable and reliable, is a hardworking and dependable helper. She is understanding and patient; someone who is able to handle the elderly's mood swings, and is caring and loving with the little tots. She has a deep sense of compassion for looking after the young and the elderly.

As an only child, Su Hlaing grew up juggling many roles; multi-tasking and taking on responsibilities. She is well prepared to work hard to support her 3 children and be able to give them a better future.
