Su Lay Ngwe is married with a 3-year-old son. She is a Buddhist, has High School education, and is the middle child. Her eldest sister works on the farm with her parents. Her husband is also a farmer.

She stopped working after her marriage and has been a homemaker, looking after her son and the household chores. As her son is now older, she has made a decision to work in SG for financial security.

Su Lay is soft-spoken, good natured and patient. She is also kind and caring, and is training hard for the role of a confident helper. She likes kids, is dedicated and committed; and is able to engage well with them. She can communicate in simple English, keen to learn and is adaptable. She likes cooking, can follow recipes from YouTube and is not a picky eater.

She has been training seriously; to better prepare herself and to work hard for her son's future.
