Zar Zar Win is widowed with 3 young children aged 11, 9 and 2. She stayed with her mother-in-law, has a younger sister who works in the wet market.

After the passing of her husband, she has been taking on the breadwinner's role and is determined to work hard to give her children and her mother-in-law a better living condition. She decided to work in Singapore for the better salary to support her children's education and to upskill herself. She is prepared to work hard, can take work pressure and is keen to learn.
