Thidar Phyo is single, a Buddhist and has High School education. She is the eldest and has 4 younger siblings; 2 of them are students. Her father is a gardener.

After her studies, she has been taking care of her frail grandmother and her younger siblings, and did the household chores. To help supplement her family's income, she worked in China for 2 years. She decided to work in SG to better support her family, thus taking up training seriously to prepare herself well for the work challenges ahead.

Thidar Phyo, being the eldest child, is thoughtful and sensible. As her family is poor, she is inclined to work hard and to shoulder the responsibility of caring for her family and to see her siblings through their studies. She is hardworking, good-natured and cheerful; keen to learn and is adaptable.
