Yamin Ko is single, has 2 elder sisters who are currently working as helpers in SG. She is a Buddhist and has completed High School education. Her parents are farmers.

She has been taking care of her young niece and nephew and did the household chores. She also looked after her frail elderly 85-year-old grandmother till she passed on 4 years ago after a fall. She is currently training in the training centre to prepare herself for the work challenges in SG.

Yamin is cheerful, spirited and hardworking, is keen to learn to upskill herself. She can communicate in simple English, can look after the young and the elderly, is patient and caring. She is also willing to look after infant under guidance. Though she can cook only simple Chinese food, she is learning hard to cook more local dishes, and is a not a picky eater.

She is available for interview and is looking forward to start work upon permit's approval.
